Movement Meditation with Michaella Barron

This practice is for YOU. No expectations. No judgement. We begin meditating calming our body and mind, tuning into the self, and reflecting, which prepares our imagination for prompt based improvisation. We transition into a yoga and improv warm up to get our bodies ready for movement. Ground ourselves by moving across the floor. Learn Forza rep to then be deconstructed and made for our own bodies and adapted by each person. And finish class with ease and discussion! Register for class starts November 12th for $10 suggested donations.
